Register for Dance, Drama, and Voice Classes

Signing up for classes with SALT Academy is easy! Enrollment is "OPEN" so register any time.

 

  1. Complete the online registration form below OR print out the necessary forms HERE.
  2. Print and fill out the Release Agreement Form (each student requires a separate form)
  3. Bring the completed forms and any applicable registration fee to the studio, or mail to:
